All classes are kept to 6-8 participants. This allows for a high teacher-student ratio and assists in helping students learn the Tai Chi exercises.

We work with a group of health professionals so you can get the specific treatment you need to improve your exercise program. This is done by reducing your restrictions to the movements you need.

Tai Chi for Osteoporosis uses elements from both the Sun Style 73 Forms and the Yang Style - 24 Posture Simplified Form.

Osteoporosis is a condition where the bones become brittle. It naturally occurs as we age. Some people get more advancement of this condition. It is not reversible but Tai Chi has been found to have up to a 3 times improvement in the bone density in recent research. The bones become less brittle, balance and strength improve, and there is less fear of falling.
