is of great benefit for improving balance, coordination, general
physical fitness including cardiovascular, and strength. This
form of Tai Chi is useful for anyone who is looking to improve

balance, etc.
Sun style was created by Sun Lu-tang (1861-1932) who
combined Tai Chi with two other internal martial arts to form
a uniquely powerful style. Internal styles place great emphasis
on Qigong (exercises devoted to cultivate the vital life energy
of Qi within the body). Sun style is especially effective
for healing, relieving stress and building internal energy.
It is characterized by agile steps, whenever one foot moves
the other follows. The movements are smooth like flowing water
in a river.
